I don't understand where all the negative reviews come from. As a woman traveling alone, I was worried about safety after all the reviews. Fortunately, I haven't noticed anything to worry about. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Contactless check-in was also ok. I can recommend this place for a short stay in Tahoe

The location was wonderful, very close to the shoreline and it felt safe. The room seemed very clean. The bed is comfortable but sits very tall (I'm 5'8" and it was difficult to get into). There is a common room with a microwave, Keurig, Kettle, misc dishes, and a computer. This was a nice area, and could really come in handy, as there is no microwave in the rooms. However, there are refrigerators in the rooms. The man that was the manager was friendly, however everything is done similar to when you go to an Airbnb, so very little to no contact with anyone that works at the facility. For the Lake Tahoe area, the price was very affordable.

LITERALLY NOTHING! Initially I would have praised their quick response time. However, after not getting any results out of the conversation and having to send a follow up to get an answer each and every time it's not even that anymore.

Room was ready when we arrived. Absolutely no human contact - all check-in, check-out done by email. Door locks are by coded entry. Room was clean, nice towels, a few toiletries (we didn't use). Nice closet, refrigerator. Small table and chairs. Surprisingly comfortable king bed! Outdoor fire pit and chairs.

The property was ok, when we got there we told the one person there about dirt on the ceiling. The women said someone would take care of it the next morning. No one ever took care of it, nobody was at the property after the 1st day, I called for extra towels, again no one came to give us extra towels. I called to have the owner call me to discuss the issues, owner never responded. Lack of communication at this property, I actually spoke to a team member both times without a proper response 3 times. Especially having the owner call me back!!!

Great location, bright room, warm fireplace, and smartly placed electrical outlets. Lots of mirrors and windows too. Good coffee and tea in the break room. Thanks for a pleasant stay. Well be back.

Location is great. You can walk to the lake and up to the Main Street for restaurants and casinos. Rooms are small but quaint and decorated minimally but nice.

Simply amazing. Beds super comfortable, wide room, nicely decorated, very quiet surroundings. Small but perfect bathroom. Every detail was refined, all very clean, it all seemed brand new. Great location, easy parking. We appreciated a lot the shared kitchen and facilities. You can easily walk around the area. I wish I stayed longer!

We loved the privacy and the comfy bed. It was a laid back vibe and we felt at home. Randy was very pleasant and provided everything we needed. The firepit was cozy in the evenings and the location was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! The check in was so easy, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and came with robes which was a cute touch. It was perfectly located close to Stateline and the Lakeside Beach. We loved the vouchers that gave us a discount to go to the beach. Overall, we had an amazing time and would gladly book again.

The best about this motel is its very good location right in the centre of South Lake Tahoe with close proximity to a private beach (25$ per person though; 10$ after 5pm). The bed was comfy and some amenities such as shower gel and a soap were provided.
